1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SarvPariksha, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Mock Exam Certification Rules

Our verified certificates are issued to validate skills under simulated mock exams:

• Certificates are only issued for AI-Generated custom mock exams. Standard predefined papers from the library are not eligible.
• A minimum score of 40% is required on the attempt to unlock a certificate.
• Attempt tampering, script modifications, or answer key scraping to artificially inflate scores is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke any certificate that does not match authentic browser telemetry records.

3. Teacher Exam Platform

Teachers who sign up for a free teacher account may create and publish mock exams for students:

• You are solely responsible for the content of exams you publish, including questions, options, and uploaded question images.
• Do not publish copyrighted question banks, personal data of students, or content that is offensive or unlawful.
• Teacher accounts are free. You may delete your account and all your exams at any time from Settings → Delete My Account & All Data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include reverse-engineering the app to extract question banks, distributing answer keys outside the app, attempting unauthorized access to another user's account or data, and abusing AI features (e.g., generating offensive content). AI-generated answers and hints are provided "as is" for study assistance and may contain errors - always verify important information.
